Hi, On Sept 6, I received the same status - Case remains Pending. My case was transferred to NBC on Aug23, 2022. This is 485 application for EB1. Receipt date Apr28, 2022. Medical was submitted along with 485.How long for spouse 485 approval from CRP after primary 485 approval. Hi Family, My 485 is approved today and my spouse 485 is in status ‘Case Remains Pending’. Any idea on how long it will take for the spouse 485 approval? Will it trigger any notification for adjudicatir or will it automatically get approved?
