Jm stamp marlin
I just acquired a 1978, 336 30-30 gold trigger and JM stamped 19-1/2” barrel. This is my first Marlin lever gun. Hoping you guys can tell me more about it.Rifles are no different. I have a Marlin 444, JM stamped that probably never saw 100 rounds fired through it. The action is tight, and sometimes jams during cycling. I attribute this to the fact that the tolerances are just tight. Need to work the action more, but ammo is expensive.
