If you are going for a 40 INT build (MLGS, Friede's Great Scythe) then don't bother with sorceries. Use Snap Freeze with Friede's, or Great Farron Dart/Flashsword with MLGS with Sage's and Bellowing Ring. The best would be 40 INT and 40 DEX.
